SHIPPING INFORMATION

UNITED STATES mainland : Please add $3.00 for shipping and handling charge per order.
For the faster 2-3 day delivery (Priority Mail) there is an additional charge of $3.00. (Suggested for holiday delivery.)

OUTSIDE United States mainland:Please contact us through email at mgstudios@rusynyk.com or by regular mail for shipping or other information.

RETURN POLICY: Sorry, but we cannot accept returns for a refund on CDs or cassettes on which the seal has been broken.
Non-Music item returns for a refund must be returned in saleable condition in original packaging within 15 business days of receiving it. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Please email or write for RMA (Return authorization) number before returning the item.

DEFECTIVE: If a CD or cassette is found to be defective, it may be returned for another copy of the same title within 15 business days of receiving it. Please include a brief description of the problem.

OTHER
1. For delivery in Ohio please add sales tax—Cuyahoga County 7.5%, others send sales tax percent for your county or 7.5 %
2.You will be informed of any delay beyond 30 days in shipping your order.

ONLINE PAYMENT OPTION THROUGH PAYPAL
You may now order by email and easily send payment from your PayPal account to ours.
If you do not have a FREE and convenient PayPal account, log on to www.paypal.com and click on "Sign up for your free PayPal account." You will be asked for a bank account* number and/or a credit card number.

*For those who want to have the convenience of a PayPal account for internet purchases but are a little hesitant because of recent security issues, a suggestion is to open a new bank account containing a few hundred dollars for online purchases and use that account number.

Ordering and payment become fast and easy.
1. Send email orders to mgrstudios@rusynyk.com (Please be sure to include Order number, Description of item, Price each and total price, Shipping, sales tax for your county if delivered in Ohio, and, of course, your mailing address.)

2.Log onto your PAYPAL account. www.paypal.com and enter your ID and password. Click on the SEND PAYMENT tab. Send payment to our PayPal email address at magstuff@rusynyk.com
